Experience & Education

Prior Therapy Experience:

Bilingual Therapist, YWCA RISE Center
2016 - 2020

I provided long-term, trauma-informed, client-centered therapy to individuals and families impacted by sexual assault and abuse. I saw clients aged 4 and up. The YWCA provides free services regardless of insurance or immigration status. (I’m happy to walk you through the intake process - I’m committed to making therapy accessible).

Clinical Social Work Internship:

Live Oak Chicago
2015-2016

Live Oak is an LGBTQIA-affirmative, trauma-informed practice. There, I received training in supporting people to explore sexual and gender identity, in being mindful of power and oppression in therapy, and in using creative and expressive therapies. I worked primarily with queer clients, activists, artists, and emerging adults.
